Next to the Carmel market, in the center of Tel-Aviv a young couple with a clear and simple vision opened "Gedera 26". The chef's daily shopping ritual in persuit of fresh ingredients for the restaurant was the inspiration for the culinary and visual design concept that is based on the freshness of the local market.
