For a restaurant that is based on the concept of a fast Italian pasta bar, we chose the name DOPO, which means "next" in Italian. Roads filled with cars in the streets of Rome, the crowded Piazza, a winding espresso line on your way to work, the packed San Siro stadium, and red Ferraris - all of these have been our inspiration while we developed a language influenced by a combination of numbers and icons from the rich Italian culture.
