Scents of spices, markets crowded with people, tropical weather, and the musical rhythm that characterizes the Caribbean area – these are the ingredients from which we have created the design language for the Elephant restaurant chain. The story of the raw materials, which comprise the collection of courses in the restaurant, and the contrast of tastes, which move from the spicy to the sweet dressings based on fruit. All of this has created the contrast between colors and textures which together enhance the experience of taste.
